By accessing or using AnyMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Use with Caution

While AnyMenu strives to provide accurate translations of menu items, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases. Users should exercise caution when relying on translations, especially in the following situations:

  • When dealing with food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • When making decisions about unfamiliar dishes or ingredients
  • When translations involve specialized culinary terminology

Always consult with restaurant staff directly to confirm the ingredients and preparation methods of dishes, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Fair Use

AnyMenu is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Users agree to use the application in a manner that constitutes "fair use," which includes:

  • Using the app for its intended purpose of translating restaurant menus
  • Not attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the application
  • Not using automated systems to access or use the service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period
  • Not interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service

Intellectual Property

AnyMenu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AnyMenu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AnyMenu, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
